Info from https://github.com/MarkusEh/vdr-plugin-live/issues/62:

"The ffmpeg commands are now in /etc/vdr/plugins/live/ffmpeg.conf , out 
of security considerations.
The yaVDR debian package should install this file (if not, you can file 
a bug in yaVDR)."

I included an ansible task to copy vdr-plugin-live/conf/ffmpeg.conf at 
master · MarkusEh/vdr-plugin-live (github.com) 
<https://github.com/MarkusEh/vdr-plugin-live/blob/master/conf/ffmpeg.conf> 
to /etc/vdr/plugins/live/ffmpeg.conf, but only if it not yet exists!

But I wanted to inform you as well, so maybe you can include this into 
the package installation/upgrade.
