ITS: mumudvb

Hi team,

Recently, from Bug of the Day[0] initiative mumudvb package 
was selected to be salvage. We filled #1102317.

We moved mumudvb[1] package under Debian VDR Team umbrella but
we should have an human uploaders from the team. Is anyone 
interested to add  themselves as uploaders?
