Hi,

I realised that the homepage for dov4l vanished (and thus thus uscan
fails to find a new upstream). The last upstream release seems from
nearly 20 years ago, last upload by maintanierc was in 2013.

As far as I know (which is admittedly pretty less thus v4l maintainer
and VDR team in CC) for modern systems you generally replace dov4l with
the v4l tooling stack and higher level frameworks. Please let me know
if it might be worth keeping dov4l in Debian. I would volunteer to
migrate the packaging to Salsa to have at least one source repository
of the code somewhere.

Kind regards
    Andreas.
