dov4l: Do we need dov4l in Debian (upstream homepage vanished, alternatives do exist)

Hi,

I wonder of some of the vdr experts can raise some opinion about dov4l.
Besides what I wrote in the bug report I realise that we have a non-zero
popcon usage

If someone thinks it might make sense inside Debian I think it should at
least be maintained inside the Debian VDR Team team (and I volunteer to
do the migration).
