VDR plugins status

Hi,

I am maintaining w-scan-cpp and I am looking for your opinion on how should I
proceed with the following issues I am facing:

vdr-plugin-wirbelscan

This plugin was introduced in experimental, never reached unstable, was
reintroduced to experimental from a different DD and now it is orphaned. I have
updated https://salsa.debian.org/vdr-team/vdr-plugin-wirbelscan with the latest
version of plugin and would be willing to upload to mentors.d.n but I need
sponsorship, except if anyone else is willing to upload to unstable.

vdr-plugin-satip

The version of this plugin in Debian is pretty old. The upstream developer has
not made any work on the plugin for over 4 years,

also wirbel's fork is mentioned at the official VDR plugins page:

Since both of these plugins are required for building w-scan-cpp for now I
download newer versions as components but would be easier and more Debian
friendly to use the above plugins from Debian archive.
