vim in sarge + svn

we have our first security bug in sarge that will be handled by the
team.

I've created an svn branch used to maintain the packaging of stable
packages. for vim 6.3 it's in :

    svn+ssh://svn.debian.org/svn/pkg-vim/branches/sarge/vim

I've done dumb things with the svn (commiting in the wrong place, that's
why you saw curious commits), but all is now cleaned.

I'm not very used to stable uploads, but the current state of the sarge
branch compiles under sarge, but maybe the version (I just bumped the
revision) has to be sth like +1.sarge1-2 or I don't know what.

I've no time to check with a RM or a member of the security team atm.
but now that the branch exists, I believe it's easy to fix those tiny
things.

Cheers,
