VIM 6.4a

Hi,

maybe some of you already saw it in svn, I started working on vim 6.4
last weekend. There's a package available (which has a problem with
syntax hilighting, I had no time to investigate further):

There are still some patches which needs to be updated to this new
release, I moved them into the debian/patches/need-to-be-revised/
directory. If some of you have some free time, please take a patch and
update it for 6.4.

Bram plans to release vim 6.4 next weekend.
