Yes, that would obtain the same result per transitivity, but in my mind
it would be conceptually more correct to have both of them since the
"vim-common" dependency is functional (e.g. no "vim-common", no
/usr/bin/view) while the "vim-runtime" one contains data used at
runtime.

Still, I have no strong opinion on this and if it would semplify the
mess of vim dependencies in debian/control I won't object.
