commit notifications sent to the PTS

Not that the svn repository is reshaped I configured the post-commit
hook to implement the proposal by Raphael Hertzog [1], namely sending
notification of svn commit to the PTS of the packages affected by the
commit.

Thus, we no longer use commit-email.pl, but rather svn-mailer. See
/svn/pkg-vim/hooks on svn.debian.org for more info. I'm not willing to
perform a 'fake' commit just to test it, therefore the next time you
commit please check if the notification reaches the list. In case it
doesn't please report.

Raphael, for pkg-vim I used the following for_paths regexp which AFAICT
should properly match our (new) svn structure:

  for_paths = (trunk|tags|branches)/packages/(?P<package>[^/]+)/

Is there a way in the future I could check what have been sent to the
PTS for the "cvs" keyword without being subscribed to it? And no, I
don't mean the 'debug_all_mails_to' flag, I mean something like web
access or similar.

BTW, many thanks for your help on pkg-ocaml-maint, I hope I got it right
with pkg-vim :-)

Cheers.
