Of course. The maintainer is Michael Piefel, which is co-maintainer with
me of vim-scripts. I proposed him the co-maintenance of that file. I'm
waiting for his reply.

Still, your mail probably shows the need of a "policy" about how to keep
in touch with maintainers and/or Bram. Should we always Cc
pkg-vim-maintainers of such communications so that we both keep track of
those communications publicly and we inform other fellow DDs?
