r508 - in trunk/vim7: debian patches

Many thanks for the vim7 commit, I'm eager to test it.

Still, I'm worried about how it interacts with vim6 packages. Do you
know if there are smooth transition installing vim7 packages on top of
vim6 ones and vice-versa?
