vim 7 beta: commit ready (if you want)

I've a commit ready which ports our vim7/ directory to vim 7 beta (as
usual nothing serious: versions housekeeping + removal of no longer
needed patches).

I've not committed it since I know you're working on it. Let me know if
you want me to go ahead with the commit.
