vimcurrent strikes back

Today I just realized that there was, indeed, one remaining useful bit
about /usr/share/vim/vimcurrent.

Some add-ons are indeed shipped by upstream in
/usr/share/vim/vim<version>/macros/ and users may want to symlink to
them from their ~/.vim/ (or sysadms, using the add-ons infrastructure we
are discussing). Having no vimcurrent dir those symlinks break at each
minor release of vim.

In order to enforce our (forthcoming) policy about add-ons I propose to
solve this issue with symlinks from /usr/share/vim/addons/ whatever to
/usr/share/vim/vim<version>/macros/. This way those add-ons are properly
listed as such and can be enabled/disabled using the mechanism I'm
implementing.

An alternative solution is to add back the vimcurrent directory, but I'm
kind of bored of it ... :)
