A comment about this commit: it is not really related to vim7, but it
does no arm. It basically ships a potential registry file for matchit,
adds a dir /var/lib/vim/addons/ (empty right now) which is part of the
runtimepath and can in the future be a substitute for
/usr/share/vim/addons/.

As a side effect of this commit matchit is enabled per default, due to
its symlink in /usr/share/vim/addons/. I don't think it is a problem at
all ...
