Spell file progress [was Re: upload of vim7 to experimental?]

Well, it's not going as smoothly as I thought.  Mainly because the
actual process of building the spell file for certain locales brings my
computer to its knees.  I remembered Bram saying that the process was
pretty intensive, but I didn't think it wouldn't cause my computer to be
unusuable for 3 hours and cause the kernel to start killing processes
because of OOM conditions.

I'll see about cleaning things up and committing the work on a branch.
In the meantime I'll try to find out if it's a specific locale that's
causing my problems or if my computer just can't handle it in general.
