this is a custom plugin I did long time ago, that I just polished a bit, 
since we have debchangelog folding, debcontrol should also have it, 
it's really nice.

I'm not used to maintain vim files, so I put it on the svn, and 
everybody is welcome to make it live.

alfie: if you want to adopt the file to make it go with the syntax 
debcontrol.vim file, you'll be more than welcomed.

I think this is too late to submit it to Bram, so I guess we will have 
to ship it ourselves until the next runtime snapshot Bram will do. I 
don't really know what the best way to achieve that is (svn copy 
runtime/ftplugin/debcontrol.vim into the packages/vim/debian/runtime/ 
directory ?)
