release early, release often (vim freeze, soon)

Hi all,
according to the Etch release timeline the base system will be freezed
at the beginning of August. Since vim-tiny is going into base we will be
subject to the freeze.

For this reason I would like in this period to follow release as often
as possible uploading to fix reported bugs. What do you think of this
approach?

Personally I will do an upload even for integrating James' stuff about
virc and similar. James is the spell stuff ready to be uploaded? If so,
what about going ahead and do a new upload? In case, could you do it?

Cheers.
