As I read the help that does a different thing:

  (18:48:57) ChanServ: (notice) *** ChanServ Help ***
  (18:48:57) ChanServ: (notice) Syntax: INVITE channel
  (18:48:57) ChanServ: (notice)  
  (18:48:57) ChanServ: (notice) Tells ChanServ to invite you into the
  given channel.  By
  (18:48:57) ChanServ: (notice) default, only works if your access level
  on that channel is
  (18:48:57) ChanServ: (notice) greater than zero.
  (18:48:57) ChanServ: (notice) *** End of ChanServ Help ***

I don't want chanserv to invite me, I want to invite him :-)
