vim7.1 snapshot packages

Yeah, I thought about that later and realized such a scheme was probably
better.  Maybe 1:7.1~$snapshot_letter-000+1 (so the current package
would be 1:7.1~b-001+1)?

I don't see us running into this problem with Vim.
