There was an issue with 1:7.1-135+1 where the alternatives got set into
manual mode and were left pointing at a non-existant vim.full.  That's
why -138+1 was uploaded so quickly.

In order to fix it, you'll want to set the alternatives back to auto.
#446599 has a list of the alternatives you need to fix.
