Bug#444287: NERD-commenter documentation is not symlinked

Package: vim-scripts
Version: 7.1.3
Severity: minor

Installing nerd-commenter with vim-addon-manager creates
~/.vim/doc/NERD-commenter.txt, which is a plain file instead of
a symlink. I have no idea where the file comes from, but I think it
should be in /usr/share and symlinked to ~/.vim.
