vim-common 7.3.000+hg~ee53a39d5896-1 was downloaded, and a first
error occurred on this upgrade (I don't know why at the end of
the upgrade, dpkg complained on vim-tiny only).

Note: when a mirror is not up-to-date, apt/aptitude never tries to
install a package whose dependencies cannot be satisfied.
