maroloccio.vim colour scheme

Great to see my scheme included in the package! Thanks, guys!

I have an updated version of it here:

This solves some corner-case display issues in particular 256-colours 
configurations.

Some users of the scheme asked me to update it so it's probably worth 
pulling this into `vim-scripts' as well so that others may benefit from 
the fix.
