Package: vim
Version: 2:7.4.488-7
Severity: important

Dear Maintainer,

the current version of Vim is not working with vim-youcompleteme package.

* What led up to the situation?
Installation of vim-youcompleteme package.

* What exactly did you do (or not do) that was effective (or ineffective)?
Installed vim-youcompleteme via Synaptic Package Manager. Afterwards I issued
'$ vam install youcompleteme'
on the commandline.

* What was the outcome of this action?
Vim takes significantly longer to start but code completion does not work. I tried editing Java as well as C++ files.
Output of ':YcmDiag' in Vim is: 'Native filetype completion not supported for current file, cannot force recompil
ation.'

* What outcome did you expect instead?
Code completion as stated in the description of the package.
