Hi,

The commit explicitly discards the manual dbg package for the
auto-generated "dbgsym" packages.

 * These are available from a separate archive[1]

 * Ubuntu also has (a variant of) these in a separate archive[2].

The debug symbols are still available.  Though you may have to add the
distributions debug archive to fetch them.
