Uploading experimental pwlib/openh323 to unstable

 Hi,

First of all, a nice piece of news: openh323 related stuff has migrated
 today to testing! :-)

So, we can now upload things we have in experimental to unstable,
starting with openh323 and pwlib. As usual, this will break all the
packages in Sid, so perhaps we should make first a new version of the
packages which depend on them to experimental, recompiling them with
the new libs, so we can move everything as a batch.

That's why I encourage you to use SVN, so other people than you can
 also make this job.

For now I have maked a new version of openh323 and pwlib, which I
request here Kilian to compile :-) It's in SVN, tagged as we talked on
 IM yesterday.

About tagging I'll write a bit more tomorrow, but basically we want to
tag (which in SVN means copying) each version we release to tags/ dir
in each package's dir at SVN. Check openh323 and pwlib to see the
examples. After thinking a bit about that, it's a good way to make
 things.

If something is not being understood, please feel free to tell that
here. I have written this in a rush just before going bed.

 Cheers
