packages ready, but "on hold" - alpha gnugk is segfaulting

Hi,

all packs pwlib|openh323|asterisk|gnomemeeting|gnugk are now updated in
SVN and are compiled for i386. On alpha all of these except for gnugk
built ok. I've mailed upstream asking for help. So don't upload this
yet.

These packs are now rtti-enabled, so ohphone, openam, openmcu etc. need
to be updated too.
