Hi All,

Well I have had some success with svn tonight.

I have updated, built and uploaded gnugk_2.0.8-3 from svn :-)

So everyone should be happy. Still not sure what is going on with
asterisk, but now that I have a working test case I have something to
work with.

Not happy about losing my access to the debc, debi and debrelease
commands :-( How do others perform these functions with svn?

Right. I'll encorporate with the next upload. I just wanted to get
something to the achives which does infact build.

Not quite sure what you mean here? :-(

gnugk uses dh_installinit which automatically installed a prerm script
to stop it.

When I purge gnugk it does in stop the deamon as well:

debian:~# ps aux | grep gnugk
gnugk 1103 0.8 3.4 53988 8828 ? Ss 22:08 0:00
/usr/sbin/gnugk --config /etc/gatekeeper.ini --output
/var/log/gnugk/gnugk.log --pid /var/run/gnugk/gnugk.pid
root 1112 0.0 0.1 1576 460 pts/14 R+ 22:09 0:00 grep gnugk
debian:~# dpkg --purge gnugk
