 arts is not possible. What is giving here sound and video support are
libpt-plugins-* packages. Those only support oss and alsa, and we
strongly recommend using alsa for voip intead of oss, as with alsa you
can perform full-duplex with cards that only support half-duplex with
oss.

 esd could be possible in pwlib version 1.8.3 and greater, as it wasn't
ready earlier.
