Bug#287456: asterisk: init script checks default with -x

Package: asterisk
Version: 1:1.0.2-3
Severity: normal

The init script uses -x to test if /etc/default/asterisk exists. It should
use -r. The default file is not installed with the x bit set and the "."
command doesn't need the file to be x.

Also, I think the init script should set use the -G asterisk option to set
the group to asterisk. But I can set that in /etc/default/asterisk, so I
suppose that's not a bug.
