This is a temporary state that happens in the unstable distribution
when underlying libraries are upgraded.

You have two choices at present, either grab the libopenh323 and libpt from
the unstable distribution (put unstable in your apt/sources.list) and you
can use the existing asterisk with H.323 support, or you can upgrade
to the next version of asterisk which I have loaded to unstable which does not
have H.323 support built in currently.
