 The problem is that no one does. I'll elaborate a bit.

  Only libpt-dev 1.6.5-2 depends on libsasl-dev, but libpt-dbg 1.6.5-3
should be picked (as it is forced in B-D), which depends on libpt-dev

  As I see the problem comes here:

  There is no version for libpt-dev, why is that?
