Bug#253639: asterisk: Autobuilt package missing speex, gtk support

As the subject says, if I build asterisk using pbuilder, the resulting
package is missing /usr/lib/asterisk/modules/codec_speex.so and
usr/lib/asterisk/modules/pbx_gtkconsole.so.  Probably a couple missing
Build-Depends.
