Bug#255249: asterisk: please add applications rxfax/txfax

The rxfax and txfax apllications offer a great service, which we would
like to make us of. At the moment we would have to compile asterisk and
spandsp ourself, which wouldn't give us the stability of debian
packages.
I suppose adding rxfax and txfax will require to package spandsp as
well.
