Sarge transition

  Hi,

 I have just seen that openh323 for m68k has been uploaded to incoming
(thanks Wouter). So basically we have completed Sarge transition, and
those packages should go in today.

  BUT, please DO NOT make any UPLOAD till we are sure that veerything is
in Sarge. I wouldn't like to face that dinstall run fails or something
and that packages weren't moved to Sarge and we have uploaded any new
version.
