And as for the original bug: yes, I have fixed it. app_dtmftotext.c is
slightly-patched for that. The copy on ftp.soft-switch.org doesn't seem
to be patched yet, though I'm quite sure the author is aware of the
problem.

The bug reporter has confirmed that my packages solve his problems. 

I must note that I currently don't use spandsp myself, so I can't confirm
those packages to be tested.
