Severity: important
Upgrading to latest version on a machine with no /var/spool/asterisk
fails if /var/spool/asterisk does not exist.
(this violates Debian Policy regarding maintainer scripts, but I am too
lazy to dig out the exact section so "only" tagging this as important)
