Hi

The patch Makefile_targets re-adds the programs makefw (used internally
in the build process) and torisatool (used only for old Tormenta ISA 
cards. And is it still needed for them?) and removed sethdlc-new .

Is there any use for sethdlc(-new)? Any point of using the the name
-new? Is it availble in any other Debian package?

Is there any use for torisatool?

If anybody uses any of those please either write a man page or explain
me how it works so I can write one. I suggest that until somebody shos
that minimal interest those binaries would be removed (by removal from
BINS in Makefile_deps_utils (which is overriden by Makefile_targets for
some strange reason)
