Hi,

as I'm trying to poke around asterisk to get bristuff patched into
asterisk I just find asterisk failing on libtonezone-dev:
/usr/include/tonezone.h:29:26: linux/zaptel.h: No such file or directory

Now I'd like some more feedback if zaptel.h can be moved
from /usr/src/modules/zaptel/zaptel.h to /usr/include/zaptel.h as is
tonezone.h too. Maybe doing zaptel-source as libzaptel-dev and having
zaptel-source make some symlinks to /usr/src/modules/zaptel..

Objections? Has anybody else had problems with this (aside from
packaging YATE was also quite fuzzy to respect this location)?
