honestly, I haven't checked, but i guess Tzafrir could tell us about
this. From my expectations how this works, the part of delivering SWF is
free, open source and regularly compilable. It's the displaying client
that's the problem. (At least that's what my point was based on).

Tzafrir, do you reckon this is correct?
