Yes, that's known. Feel free to provide a tested patch. I didn't have
the time yet to get this worked out clearly. Moreover it's not only
pwlib, it's also the debian rules which have no .NOTINPARALLEL (or
whatever that name was) for the clean targets. And aparently cleaning
and unpatching doesn't work too well if done in the wrong order.
