pwlib does not build in parallel

Later on, I have the same problem with the following:

h file or directory

And then again with the first one:
ar: /home/jwarnier/debian/pwlib-1.8.4/lib/obj_linux_x86_r/asner.o: No
such file or directory

That seems strange to me.
