  Uh!?

  I don't see why this package should be considered NEW. Mostly having
int account that it is being marked as new for the diff and dsc not any
of the binaries. And AFAIK, moving a package from being Debian source
only to having a diff.gz won't make it NEW either.

  Can katie be broken?
