New Kphone 4.2 version

Hi Stephen,

I have started and the results are available at 
http://svn.debian.org/wsvn/pkg-voip/kphone/.

That said Debian is going through a gcc4 transition and I can't upload to 
unstable until all Build Dependancies have been rebuild.  However interim 
packages are available at http://people.debian.org/~msp
