Bug#316800: zaptel package 1.0.9 ships headers

I didn't yet get to test this, but just something I saw on the IRC:

<fman> this is busted
<fman> yep
<fman> got this weird error though
<fman> dpkg: error processing /usr/src/zaptel-modules-2.4.27-powerpc_1.0.9-2+2.4.27-10_powerpc.deb
(--install):
<fman>  trying to overwrite `/usr/include/linux/zaptel.h', which is also in package zaptel-source
<fman> that file isn't there

As you can see, this practiucally prevents a proper usage of zaptel.
Please fix ASAP. Or get the patch from my package (which ever comes
first)
