I have a probleme whith asterisk-chan-capi

I'm a French student and I use asterisk to make an aplication for the 
French Samu.
I have a probleme with the asterisk-chan-capi package.
after the installation asterisk does'nt work and display an error:

I don't anderstand what is the probleme.
Whan I make an lsmod I see the capi module and when I make an locate 
chan-capi.so I find it.

I use a 2.4.27-686-smp kernel

I'm sure this is not a serious probleme but I don't find the answer.
