sorry for replying this late, but i've been somewhat busy lately.=20

As we ship the unmodified 2.2.2 release the answer is "it's not in".
You might want to check /usr/share/doc/gnugk/changelog.Debian.gz for
what's patched and what's just original upsteam release sources.
If that patch is needed for some whatsoever reason you might want to ask
upstream for another release or report a bug in the Debian BTS so we can
add it until 2.2.3.
