Does the patch apply to stable as-is? IIRC stable does not support
internal MOH playing.

OTOH, you can use the custom: method and a vorbis player to play ogg
files instead. OTOH, chances are the listeners on the phone will never
be able to appreciate the high quality sind you'll send them, as a phone
line is basically mono and 8khz sample rate.
