Bug#315578: Asterisk 1.0.9 packages for test (NMU)

Raphael,

We are currently coordinating asterisk releases through svn.debian.org, can 
you provide a diff of your release against the current svn trunk for Debian 
asterisk. This is preferable to a NMU release.

Also would you like to join the pkg-voip-maintainers group?
