Package: asterisk
Severity: normal

please examine the samba source code for some appropriate detection
code that can determine the bindaddrs based on the name of the
interfaces, irrespective of the type of system on which asterisk is
compiled and run.

... if you run asterisk on an ADSL line, and want it to bind _only_ to
the ADSL port, such that you can run siproxd on the local interfaces,
guess what, guys: you CAN'T!!!

am gonna have to use NAT instead.

urgh. sick.
